OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. Promotion Period:These Official Rules apply to The Lincoln Lawyer Sweepstakes (“Promotion”). The Promotion consists of two (2) components: an instant win game and a Grand Prize sweepstakes. The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on May 16, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 26, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). For purposes of the Promotion, the sole determinant of the current time will be the clock on the promotion website server, regardless of what any other timekeeping device might indicate.

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Not open to employees and their families (spouses, parents, children/siblings and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household) of PROMOSIS, INC. (“Sponsor”), Netflix, Inc., Ralph Interactive, Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotion partners, prize suppliers, and advertising and production agencies. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

3. To Play and Enter: Visit TheLincolnLawyerNetflix.com any time during the Promotion Period and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form for a chance to win an instant prize and be entered into the sweepstakes drawing for a Grand Prize. Limit one (1) instant win play per person per day and one (1) Grand Prize entry per person per day. A participant who wins an instant prize will still be eligible to win a Grand Prize. Multiple entries beyond what’s stated above will be disqualified. Entries must be complete to be eligible. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person identified as the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address).All online game plays/entries must be submitted and received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 26, 2022. Promotion is void where prohibited, and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Participants consent to the use of their entries and registration information in accordance with the Netflix privacy statement. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Sponsor for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure, as required by law.

4. Instant Win Prize Verification and Grand Prize Drawings/Notification:Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules. All winners are subject to verification by Promosis, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this promotion are final. Instant win prize winners will be required to complete an online winner verification at the time of winning game play. If a potential instant win prize winner fails to submit the winner verification or if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems a potential instant prize winner ineligible to receive a prize, the applicable prize will be forfeited and the winning game play will be returned to the instant win prize pool. Potential Grand Prize winners will be selected via random drawings from among all cumulative eligible entries received by the deadline of the Promotion Period. Grand Prize drawings will be conducted on or around May 27, 2022 by Promosis, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via email from Promosis, and will be required to complete an online winner verification within three (3) days of the date of the notification, or prize will be forfeited. Any potential Grand Prize winner who fails to complete the winner verification or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of participants received for the original drawing. A selected potential winner will not be an official winner until eligibility has been formally verified by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent communications made to entrants or potential winners. 

5. Prizes: 

   Instant Win prizes: Twenty-five (25) First Prizes - a $100 Uber gift card. Retail value of each First Prize = $100. Three hundred Twenty-five (325) Second Prizes - a $20 Uber gift card. Retail value of each Second Prize = $20.

   Sweepstakes Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prizes: a $500 Visa Gift Card. Retail value of each Grand Prize = $500.

   Total retail value of all prizes = $10,000

   Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on the value of the prize. Winners of prizes totaling $600 or above in value will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the value of prizes won. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not be responsible for any lost or stolen gift codes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning an instant win prize are dependent upon the instant win programming and timing of each game play. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are dependent upon the total number of entries received by the deadline. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to grant to the Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the winner’s name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. 

6. Limitation of Liability:Sponsor and its promotion partners, prize suppliers, and affiliates are not responsible for typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations/entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, Internet, or telephone failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; for viruses; for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in the Promotion; or for non-delivery of any prize due to factors beyond Sponsor’s control, including lost, late, or misdirected deliveries or any delay or suspension of service that may affect prize delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek prosecution of any entrant who disrupts or interferes with the proper play of the Promotion, or acts in violation of these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Promotion, or corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Promotion is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to those stated above, winners will be determined via random drawings from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation, and the potential maximum number of prizes offered will be awarded. Sponsor and its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion, or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or Uber Technologies Inc, nor are these entities responsible for prize awards. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

7. Dispute Resolution: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
